Join one of our weekday classes for low intensity aerobics and stretching. Our early morning classes are generally small in size and are perfect for all ages of exercise enthusiasts.

Just wanted to take the time to say that I am greatly enjoying morning fitness class. The new fee allows me to exercise 4-5 days a week at an affordable price. Last but definitely not last I wanted to express my appreciation for the GREAT instructor, Nick. He has done a great job leading the class. He gives a variety of exercise and keeps the class fun. He is always open to suggestions. Consumers are quick to complain about bad service so I want to take the time to praise Aqua Life and Nick on providing great service.
